I am a NLP qualified Coach & Mentor, with a special interest in "Heal Your Emotional Trail" therapy. However I believe experience matters more than a text book, which I don't mind sharing with you.... I survived the deepest parts of hell from childhood bullying, teenage self harm, sexual abuse, domestic violence, attempted suicide, severe depression, anxiety, illness, the list goes on....I decided to invest many many years of self care, developing my ability to guide others, through a thorough & complex understanding of the Anatomy & Physiology of how our amazing human bodies work & what it takes for us to thrive...naturally, using Homeopathy & many other natural holistic treatments. I have a firm belief that when the body is in tune with the mind, the soul will thrive.

​And my motto in life is to make yourself so healthy by boosting your immunity with the right nutrition, balanced lifestyle & self care, you never need to see a Dr again....as much as I love many Dr's for the incredible work they do, I'm not a fan of the chemical mechanisms most prefer you to undertake.... and chemical doesn't belong in our DNA. It is meant to be as nature intended, pure and natural.

I had consulted Jenni Orsini on approximately 6 occasions for reiki sessions to help me with my anxiety which helped me tremendously, but on this last occasion she noticed how completely shot down my confidence was & how frequent my episodes of anxiety & depression were becoming & recognised that i needed to get out of this struggling cycle of anxiety & depression and so she offered me a life saving mind therapy course & i do truly mean it is life saving!
In just over 2 & a half hours it was like a switch had been turned & i was no longer feeling anxious, depressed, suicidal!
